An experienced entrepreneur and marketing professional, Chris Kramer-Nesbitt comes to her role of BEYOND Realty founder naturally. She has held positions in retail management, as the creator and operator of a coffee shop franchise, and as a marketing and image consultant. Thinking out of the box to market our home
When you go with a realtor vs. trying to sell by owner, you want a realtor who is in tune with everything going on in the marketplace and who can provide many options. I’ve had a lot of experience in buying and selling homes. So, I feel I know a lot about real estate. Chris was recommended to us by Waukesha State Bank when we were ready to downsize for the second time to a smaller Waukesha condo so we could spend more time in Florida. And, I found out she’s even better than I am at this. Chris helped us sell our condo, getting five offers in a short period of time, three of which were above asking price. Use a realtor who both listens AND cares
Chris was actually the third realtor I worked with. Other realtors sent listings that only marginally matched my unique criteria, but she was the first one who really listened to me. Chris realized I was looking for my dream “home” and not just a “property”. She treated my search as though it were her own and did it through my eyes. She also looked out for my best interests – advising me on the pros and cons of the properties I looked at and sharing important tips such as subtle cues that could indicate structural issues.
